 COMPRAS COVID Para Poder Ciudadano no están garantizados los estándares mínimos de transparencia La fundación analizó las adquisiciones y contrataciones en el marco de la emergencia sanitaria y detectó mayor discrecionalidad en las adjudicaciones y que no existen criterios uniformes para la publicación de la información. La fundación Poder Ciudadano lanzó un “Mapa de riesgos normativos en los procesos de compras de emergencia en Argentina”. El documento detalla cómo fue el circuito de adquisiciones de la Administración Pública durante el 2020 y muestra las falencias en el control, la falta de uniformidad de criterios y la discrecionalidad al elegir proveedores. En marzo del 2020 la Organización Mundial de la Salud declaró al covid-19 como una pandemia.   Oil prices rebounded on Friday morning as inflation fears fade and the global supply glut slowly drains, although the IEA did revise its demand projection downward.
